Planning Permission
Do you need planning permission for your project?
The best answer to this question is that it depends on what work you are doing and where you are doing it, but in most respects extensions and remodelling projects usually bo require planning permission.
Rather than submitting both an Outline Planning application and a Detailed Planning application, we would recommend that you discuss your project with your local planning authority to see how likley your applicaiton is to succeed. This will allow you to include any compromises in one detailed application, meaning you only have to pay for one application.
