Finding the Ideal Project
How do you go about finding an extension or remodelling project if you don't want to stay in the home you're in? Here we try to help you start the process of finding your dream project.
There are various ways to go about finding your ideal poject, but you may have to be patient!
You can try all of the usual avenues, like your local estate agents, or combined estate agent websites, but often you need to look a bit harder to find a good project at a good price. If you have a particular area in mind for where you want to do your project then we would recommend that you drive around the area to see if there are any projects for sale either with an unusual estate agent or possibly for sale privately.
