Building Control Regulations
Building Control Regulations are required by all new build houses and often for renovation, conversion, extension and remodel projects.
The regulations are in place to ensure that any building work is carried out as it should be, using the appropriate materials, insulation and building methods.
Building Control inspections are carried out by your local authority or, if you are performing a new build some warranty companies will be able to perform these inspections for you.
