Detailed Planning Permission

Detailed Planning Permission (DPP) requires a detailed drawing, identifying where the property will sit within the plot, the internal layout of the property, the landscaping around the property and details of the materials that will be used for the project, including the thicknesses of the insulation that you plan to use, types of wall construction, your heating sytem and other similar issues.

As the name suggest, detailed planning permission gives more detailed information about the building work than outline planning permission (OPP) does.
